It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: I saw in a dream as if three moons had fallen into my chamber. I asked Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) about it, and he said: "O Aishah, if your dream is true, the three best people on the face of the earth will be buried in your house." Then, when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away and was buried, Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) said to me: "O Aishah, this (the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)) is the best of your moons, and he is one of those three."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs, but they did not record it.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) liked good dreams. He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Has any of you seen a dream today?" Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I saw as if three moons had fallen into my chamber. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: "If your dream is true, three persons will be buried in your house who are the most excellent - or the best - of all the people on the earth." Then, when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away and was buried in her chamber, Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) said to her: "This is one of your moons, and he is the best of them all." After that, Sayyiduna Abu Bakr and Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) also passed away, and both of them too were buried in her chamber.

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: I used to enter my house, where the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and my father (Abu Bakr) are buried, (having taken off my outer covering, in ordinary dress), and I would say: Here there are only my husband and my father. But when Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) was buried there, by Allah, whenever I entered it I went in only with my clothes wrapped tightly around me, out of modesty before Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him).
