The prohibition of mut'ah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ubaydullah bin Abi Mulaykah that Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) was asked about mut'ah (temporary marriage) with women, and she said: Between me and you, the Book of Allah is decisive. The narrator says: She recited this verse: "And those who guard their private parts, except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed they will not be blamed" [Surah al-Mu'minun: 5-6]. So whoever seeks anything beyond the wives or slave women Allah has given him, it is they who are the transgressors.
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) concerning this statement of Allah Almighty: "It is they who are the inheritors" [Surah al-Mu'minun: 10], that he said: (The people of faith) will inherit their own dwellings, and will also inherit the dwellings of their brothers which had been prepared for them had they obeyed Allah.
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it.

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: I said: O Messenger of Allah, this statement of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic: "And those who give what they give while their hearts are fearful" [Surah al-Mu'minun: 60], does it refer to the man who commits adultery, steals and drinks wine, and despite that fears Allah, the Mighty and Majestic? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No, rather it refers to the man who fasts, prays and gives charity, and despite that fears Allah, the Mighty and Majestic."
The chain of narration of this hadith is sahih (authentic), but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
