Important point: The origin of this report is narrated from Abu Hurayrah as "marfu'", transmitted by Ibn Majah (4341): "There is none of you but has two dwellings: (a dwelling in Paradise and a dwelling in the Fire). When he dies and enters the Fire, the people of Paradise inherit his dwelling (in Paradise)." And its chain is "sahih".
