أخبرنا أبو الحسن علي بن محمد بن عُقبة الشَّيباني بالكوفة، حدثنا إبراهيم بن إسحاق القاضي وأحمد بن حازم الغِفاري، قالا: حدثنا يعلى بن عُبيد الطَّنافسي، حدثنا محمد بن إسحاق، عن بُكير بن عبد الله بن الأشَجّ، عن سُليمان بن يَسَار، عن مَيمُونة، قالت: أعتقتُ جاريةً لي، فدخلَ عليَّ النبيُّ ﷺ، وأخبرتُه بعِتقها، قال: "أمَا إنكِ لو كنتِ أعطَيتِيها أَخوالَك، كان أعظمَ لأجرِكِ" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، ولم يُخرجاه (2).

It is narrated from Sayyidah Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: I freed a slave girl of mine. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to me, and I informed him (peace and blessings be upon him) that I had freed her. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Listen! Had you given this slave girl to your maternal relatives (your maternal uncles' family), it would have been greater for your reward."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs did not record it.

Hadith Takhrij «حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد ضعيف لأنَّ محمد بن إسحاق - وهو ابن يسار - مدلِّس، ولم يصرح فيه بسماعه، بل عنعنه، وخولف فيه أيضًا، فرواه جماعة منهم عمرو بن الحارث المصري ويزيد بن أبي حبيب، فرووه عن بكير عن كُريب مولى ابن عباس عن ميمونة، فذكروا كريبًا بدل سليمان بن يسار، وكلاهما ثقة.» [ترقيم الرساله 2883] [ترقيم الشركة 2864] [ترقيم العلميه 2847]

Hadith 2884

أخبرنا أبو بكر بن سلْمان الفقيه، حدثنا الحسن بن مُكْرَم البَزَّاز، حدثنا عثمان بن عمر، حدثنا أبو عامر صالح بن رُستُم، عن الحسن، عن سعد مولى أبي بكر الصِّدِّيق: أنَّ رسول الله ﷺ قال لأبي بكر الصِّدِّيق - وكان سعد مملوكًا له وكان رسول الله ﷺ يُعجِبُه خدمتُه - فقال رسول الله ﷺ: "يا أبا بكر، أعتِقْ سعدًا" فقال: يا رسول الله، ما لَنا ماهِنٌ غيرُه، فقال رسول الله ﷺ: "أتتكَ الرجالُ، أتتكَ الرجالُ" (3).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him), the slave of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) (Sa'd was his slave, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was very pleased with his service); the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Abu Bakr! Free Sa'd." He said: O Messenger of Allah! We have no servant other than him. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Men (other servants) have come to you, men have come to you."
This hadith has a sahih chain of transmission, but the two Shaykhs did not record it.
