The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to teach those who embraced Islam supplications

Sayyiduna Abu Malik al-Ashja'i narrates from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to teach whoever accepted Islam this supplication: 'Allahummahdini warzuqni wa 'afini warhamni' (O Allah, guide me, provide for me, grant me well-being and have mercy on me).
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to supplicate thus: 'Allahumma 'afini fi jasadi, wa 'afini fi basari, waj'alhul-waritha minni, la ilaha illallahul-halimul-karim, subhanallahi rabbil-'arshil-'azim, al-hamdu lillahi rabbil-'alamin' (O Allah, grant me well-being in my body, grant me well-being in my sight and make it my heir (that is, keep it sound until my last breath). There is no god but Allah, the Most Forbearing, the Most Generous. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the Mighty Throne, and all praise is for Allah, Lord of all the worlds).
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain, provided that Habib's hearing from Urwah is established, and the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
