حدثنا أبو بكر بن إسحاق الفقيه، أخبرنا الحسن بن علي بن زياد، حدثنا عبد العزيز بن عبد الله الأُويسي، حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن أبي الرِّجَال، حدثنا سُهيل بن أبي صالح، عن أبيه، عن أبي هريرة، أنَّ النبي ﷺ قال: "مَن كَبَّر واحدةً كُتِب له عشرون ومُحِيَت عنه عشرون، ومن سبَّح واحدةً كُتِبَت له عشرون ومُحِيَت عنه عشرون، ومن حَمِدَ واحدةً كُتِبَت له ثلاثون ومُحِيَت عنه ثلاثون" (2). هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever declares the greatness of Allah once (says Allahu akbar), twenty good deeds are written for him and twenty of his sins are wiped away; whoever glorifies Allah once (says Subhan Allah), twenty good deeds are written for him and twenty sins are wiped away; and whoever praises Allah once (says al-hamdu lillah), thirty good deeds are written for him and thirty sins are wiped away."
This hadith has a sahih chain (sahih al-isnad), but the two Shaykhs did not record it.
Hadith Takhrij«رجاله ثقات، لكنه اختُلف في إسناده على سُهيل بن أبي صالح، فقد رواه عبدُ الرحمن بن أبي الرِّجال كما وقع عند المصنف هنا، وتابعه حماد بن سلمة، لكن الراوي عنه المؤمَّل بن إسماعيل، وهو سيئ الحفظ، وخالفهما جماعةٌ فرووه عن سهيل بن أبي صالح، عن أبيه، عن عبد الله بن ...» [ترقيم الرساله 1911] [ترقيم الشركة 1896]
حدثنا محمد بن صالح بن هانئ، حدثنا يحيى بن محمد بن يحيى، حدثنا أبو الوليد الطَّيالسي، حدثنا أبو عَوَانة، عن حُصَين، عن سالم بن أبي الجَعْد، قال: حدثنا أبو أُمامة، عن رسول الله ﷺ قال: "ما مِن عبدٍ قال: الحمدُ لله عددَ ما خَلَق، والحمدُ لله مِلءَ ما خَلَق، والحمدُ لله عددَ ما في السماوات والأرض، والحمدُ لله عددَ ما أَحصى كتابُه، والحمدُ لله عددَ كل شيءٍ، وسبحانَ الله مِثلَهن"، قال: فأعظمَ رسولُ الله ﷺ ذلكَ (1). هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين، ولم يُخرجاه.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whichever servant says: 'Al-hamdu lillahi 'adada ma khalaq, wal-hamdu lillahi mil'a ma khalaq, wal-hamdu lillahi 'adada ma fis-samawati wal-ard, wal-hamdu lillahi 'adada ma ahsa kitabuh, wal-hamdu lillahi 'adada kulli shay', wa subhan Allahi mithlahunn' (All praise is for Allah equal to the number of what He has created; all praise is for Allah equal to the fill of what He has created; all praise is for Allah equal to the number of what is in the heavens and the earth; all praise is for Allah equal to what His Book has enumerated; all praise is for Allah equal to the number of all things; and likewise Subhan Allah), then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) described the great merit of this deed."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it.
