It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, says: O My servant, I am as you think of Me, and I am with you when you remember Me." (Imam al-Hakim says:) The mention of thinking is recorded in the "Sahih" (Bukhari and Muslim), while the mention of supplication, though gharib (singular), is sahih, because Muhammad bin al-Qasim is a reliable (thiqah) narrator.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no servant who turns his face to Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, with a request (need) except that Allah Almighty grants it to him: either He gives it to him quickly in this world, or He stores it up for him (for the Hereafter)."
This hadith is sahih al-isnad (its chain is authentic), but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
