Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 982

A similar narration is also reported from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
Imam al-Hakim says: I have mentioned this disagreement in the chains of Hammad bin Salamah so that the one who reflects may know that the hadith we have declared sahih is the narration of Dawud bin Abi Hind, in which there is no disagreement over Hammad, while all the other narrations are chains of Hammad from teachers other than Dawud.
