حدثنا أبو بكر بن إسحاق، حدثنا إبراهيم بن عبد السلام. وحدثنا محمد بن صالح، حدثنا إبراهيم بن أبي طالب؛ قالا: حدثنا أبو كُريب، حدثنا حسين بن علي، عن زائدة، عن عاصم بن كُلَيب، عن مُحارِب بن دِثَار، عن ابن عمر قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "اتَّقُوا دَعَواتِ المظلوم، فإنها تَصعَدُ إلى السماءِ كأنها شَرَارٌ" (2). قد احتجَّ مسلم بعاصم بن كُليب، والباقون من رُوَاة هذا الحديث متَفقٌ على الاحتجاج بهم، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware of the supplications of the oppressed against (the oppressor), for they rise up to the heaven like sparks (fly)."
Imam Muslim used Asim bin Kulayb as evidence, and there is agreement on using all the other narrators of this hadith as evidence, but the two of them (Imam Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

(2) إسناده صحيح من جهة إبراهيم بن أبي طالب، أما إبراهيم بن عبد السلام - وهو أبو إسحاق الوشّاء - فقد ضعَّفه الدارقطني. أبو كريب: هو محمد بن العلاء الهمداني، وزائدة: هو ابن قُدامة.
Grading: This chain is sahih by way of Ibrahim bin Abi Talib.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): As for Ibrahim bin Abd al-Salam (Abu Ishaq al-Washsha'), Imam al-Daraqutni declared him da'if.
Note / Clarification: Abu Kurayb mentioned in the chain is "Muhammad bin al-Ala' al-Hamdani", and Za'idah is "Za'idah bin Qudamah".
وأخرجه أبو منصور الديلمي في "مسند الفردوس" كما في "الغرائب الملتقطة" لابن حجر (128) من طريق عمرو بن مرزوق، عن زائدة بن قدامة، عن عطاء بن السائب، عن محارب بن دثار، به. وفي الإسناد إلى عمرو بن مرزوق من لا يُعرَف، وما عند الحاكم أصحُّ.
Reference / Source: Abu Mansur al-Daylami narrated it in "Musnad al-Firdaws", as found in Ibn Hajar's "al-Ghara'ib al-Multaqatah" (128), with the chain Amr bin Marzuq, from Za'idah bin Qudamah, from Ata' bin al-Sa'ib, from Muharib bin Dithar.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): In the chain up to Amr bin Marzuq there are narrators who are not known (majhul), so the narration with Imam al-Hakim is more sound.
