فحدَّثَناه أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا بحر بن نَصْر الخَوْلاني قال: قُرِئَ على ابن وهب: أخبرك داودُ بن قيس. وأخبرنا الحسن بن حَلِيم المروَزي، أخبرنا أبو الموجِّه أخبرنا عَبْدان، أخبرنا عبد الله، أخبرنا داود بن قيس، حدثنا علي بن يحيى بن خلَّاد، حدثني أَبي، عن عمِّه - وكان بدريًّا - قال: كنتُ مع رسول الله ﷺ جالسًا في المسجد، فدخل رجلٌ فصلَّى ركعتين، ثم جاء فسلَّم، وذكر الحديث بطوله (1). وأما حديث محمد بن إسحاق بن يَسَار:
Sayyiduna Rifa'ah bin Rafi' (may Allah be pleased with him), who was a Companion who fought at Badr, narrates: I was sitting with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in the mosque when a man entered, prayed two rak'ahs, then came and gave the greeting of salam (and then the same lengthy incident took place).

(1) إسناده صحيح أبو الموجه: هو محمد بن عمرو الفزاري وعبدان: هو عبد الله بن عثمان.
Grading: Its chain is sahih.
Important point: "Abu al-Muwajjih" is Muhammad bin Amr al-Fazari, and "Abdan" is Abd Allah bin Uthman (al-Marwazi).
وأخرجه النسائي (1238) عن سويد بن نصر، عن عبد الله بن المبارك، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Al-Nasa'i narrated it at (1238) via Suwayd bin Nasr from Abd Allah bin al-Mubarak with this same chain.
Grading: Its chain is sahih.
Important point: "Abu al-Muwajjih" is Muhammad bin Amr al-Fazari, and "Abdan" is Abd Allah bin Uthman (al-Marwazi).
وأخرجه النسائي (1238) عن سويد بن نصر، عن عبد الله بن المبارك، بهذا الإسناد.
