Book of Oaths and Vows
مِنْ أَكْبَرِ الْكَبَائِرِ عُقُوقُ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْيَمِينُ الْغَمُوسُ
Among the greatest major sins are disobedience to parents and the false oath (al-yamin al-ghamus)

اُردوEn
حدثناه أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب، أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله بن عبد الحَكَم أخبرنا ابن وهب، أخبرني مالك بن أنس، عن هاشم بن هاشم بن عُتبة بن أبي وقَّاص، عن عبد الله بن نِسْطاس، عن جابر بن عبد الله السَّلَمي، أَنَّ رسول الله ﷺ قال: "مَن حَلَفَ على مِنبَري هذا بيمينٍ آثمةٍ، فليتبوَّأْ مَقعَدَه من النَّار" (1).
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah al-Salami (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever swears a sinful oath at this pulpit of mine, let him take his seat in the Fire."

Grading: Like the previous hadith, its chain is also "qawi".
وأخرجه أحمد 23/ (14706)، والنسائي (5973)، وابن حبان (4368) من طرق عن مالك بن أنس، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Imam Ahmad (23/ 14706), al-Nasa'i (5973) and Ibn Hibban (4368) narrated it by various routes of Imam Malik bin Anas with this same chain.
Grading: Like the previous hadith, its chain is also "qawi".
