اُردوEn
فإني سمعتُ أبا عليٍّ يقول: المحفوظُ من حديث شعبة ما حدَّثناه أبو بكر محمد بن إسحاق، حدّثنا أبو موسى، حدّثنا محمد بن جعفر، حدّثنا شعبة، عن قَتَادة، قال: سمعتُ سعيد بن المسيّب يحدّث عن عبد الله بن عَمرو أنه قال: لا ينظرُ اللهُ إلى امرأةٍ لا تشكرُ لزوجِها ولا تَستَغني عنه (2).
Imam al-Hakim says: I heard Abu Ali say that the preserved (mahfuz) narration from the hadith of Shu'bah is the one which Sa'id bin al-Musayyib narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) (as his own statement, mawquf), that he said: Allah does not look (with kindness) at a woman who is not grateful to her husband, while she cannot do without him.

(2) حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد رجاله ثقات لكن اختُلف على شعبة في رفعه كما في الرواية السابقة، ووقفه كما في هذه الرواية.
Grading: (2) This hadith is sahih, and the narrators of this chain are thiqah (trustworthy),
Technical note / Defect ('illah): but there is disagreement over Shu'bah: it was narrated as marfu' (as in the previous narration) and as mawquf (as in this narration).
وأخرجه النسائيّ (9088) من طريق يحيى القطان، عن شعبة، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Al-Nasa'i (9088) narrated it via Yahya al-Qattan, from Shu'bah, with this chain.
وتابع شعبةَ هشامٌ الدستوائيّ عن قتادة فرواه موقوفًا فيما ذكره العقيلي في "الضعفاء" 1/ 588.
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: Hisham al-Dastuwa'i corroborated Shu'bah in narrating from Qatadah, and narrated it as mawquf, as al-'Uqayli mentioned in "al-Du'afa'" 1/ 588.
