حدّثنا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب، حدّثنا أبو بَكْرة القاضيّ، حدّثنا صفوان بن عيسى القاضيّ، أخبرنا ابن عَجلان، عن أبيه، عن أبي هريرة: أنَّ رجلًا أتى النبيَّ ﷺ فشَكَا إليه جارَه، فقال: يا رسولَ الله، إنَّ جاري يُؤذيني، فقال: "أَخرِجْ مَتاعَك فضَعْه على الطريق"، فأخرجَ متاعَه فوضعه على الطريق، فجعل كلُّ مَن مَرَّ عليه قال: ما شأنُك؟ قال: إنِّي شكوتُ جاري إلى رسول الله ﷺ، فأمَرني أن أُخْرِجَ متاعي فأضَعَه على الطريق، فجعلوا يقولون: اللهم العَنْه، اللهم أَخزِهِ، قال: فبلغ ذلك الرجلَ، فأتاه فقال: ارجِعْ، فوالله لا أُؤذيكَ أبدًا (2).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، ولم يُخرجاه. وله شاهدٌ آخر صحيح أيضًا على شرط مسلم:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and complained about his neighbour, saying: "O Messenger of Allah! My neighbour harms me." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Go, take out your belongings and put them in the road." So he took out his belongings and put them in the road. Whoever passed by would ask: "What is the matter with you?" He would say: "I complained about my neighbour to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered me to take out my belongings and put them in the road." So the people (hearing this) began saying (about that neighbour): "O Allah, curse him! O Allah, disgrace him!" The narrator says: When this reached that (neighbour), he came to him and said: "Come back (home with your belongings). By Allah, I will never harm you."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it; and it has another authentic supporting narration (shahid), also on the condition of Imam Muslim.

(2) إسناده جيد. أبو بكرة القاضيّ: هو بكار بن قتيبة، وابن عجلان اسمه محمد.
Grading: Its chain is "jayyid" (good).
Note / Clarification: "Abu Bakrah al-Qadi" is Bakkar bin Qutaybah, and the name of "Ibn 'Ajlan" is Muhammad.
وأخرجه بنحوه أبو داود (5153) من طريق سليمان بن حيان، عن محمد بن عجلان، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: It was narrated in similar form by Abu Dawud (5153) via the route of Sulayman bin Hayyan, from Muhammad bin 'Ajlan, with this same chain.
وفي الباب أيضًا عن محمد بن يوسف بن عبد الله بن سَلَام مرسلًا عند ابن أبي شيبة 8/ 546، وأحمد 26/ (16408)، وابن أبي الدنيا في "مكارم الأخلاق" (326). وإسناده ضعيف.
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: On this topic there is also a mursal narration from Muhammad bin Yusuf bin 'Abdullah bin Salam, found in Ibn Abi Shaybah (8/ 546), Ahmad (26/ 16408) and Ibn Abi al-Dunya's "Makarim al-Akhlaq" (326).
Grading: And its chain is da'if (weak).
