Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Grading: Its chain is "hasan". Asim is "Ibn Abi al-Nujud", Zirr is "Ibn Hubaysh", and Abdullah is "Ibn Mas'ud".
Reference / Source: It was narrated by Abd al-Razzaq in his Tafsir (2/374), al-Tabari (30/199), al-Tabarani in "al-Kabir" (9097), Ibn al-Muqri' in his "Mu'jam" (1148), and al-Lalaka'i in "Usul al-I'tiqad" (956) through various routes from Asim, likewise.
Reference / Source: It was narrated by al-Tabari (30/200) and al-Dulabi in "al-Kuna wa al-Asma'" (1619) via Shu'bah, from Asim, from Abu Wa'il Shaqiq bin Salamah, from Abdullah bin Mas'ud. So perhaps Asim has two shaykhs for it.
