أخبرنا الحسين بن الحسن بن أيوب، حدثنا عبد الله بن أحمد بن أبي مَسَرَّة، حدثنا عبد الله بن يزيد المقرئ، حدثنا موسى بن عُلَي بن رَبَاح، قال: سمعت أَبي يحدِّث عن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص: أنه تلا هذه الآيةَ: ﴿مَنَّاعٍ لِلْخَيْرِ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ (12) عُتُلٍّ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ زَنِيمٍ (13)﴾، قال: سمعت النبي ﷺ يقول: "أهلُ النار كلُّ جَعظَريٍّ جوَّاظٍ مُستكبرٍ جمَّاعٍ، وأهلُ الجنة الضعفاءُ المُغلَّبون" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، ولم يُخرجاه بهذه السِّياقة، قد أخرجاه (2) من حديث شُعبة والثَّوري عن مَعبَد بن خالد عن حارثةَ بن وهب عن رسول الله ﷺ مختصرًا.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he recited this verse: "A preventer of good, a transgressor, a sinner, cruel, and moreover of doubtful birth", and said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The people of Hell are everyone who is ill-mannered, rough, arrogant and a hoarder of wealth, while the people of Paradise are the weak who are kept oppressed (in this world)."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but they did not record it with this wording, although the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) recorded it in brief from the narration of Harithah bin Wahb.

وأخرجه أحمد 11/ (6580) عن أبي عبد الرحمن عبد الله بن يزيد المقرئ، بهذا الإسناد - دون ذكر أهل الجنة، ولم يذكر التلاوة.
Reference / Source: Ahmad (11/6580) recorded it from Abu Abd al-Rahman Abd Allah bin Yazid al-Muqri' with this same chain, without mentioning the people of Paradise, nor does it mention the recitation.
وأخرجه أحمد أيضًا (7010) من طريق عبد الله بن المبارك، عن موسى بن علي، به - ولم يذكر التلاوة أيضًا.
