حدثنا أبو عبد الله محمد بن يعقوب الشَّيباني، حدثنا إبراهيم بن عبد الله، حدثنا يزيد بن هارون، أخبرنا سليمان التَّيْمي، عن أبي عثمان، عن سلمان قال: كانت امرأةُ فِرْعون تُعذَّب بالشمس، فإذا انصرفوا عنها أظلَّتها الملائكةُ بأجنحتها، وكانت ترى بيتَها في الجنة (1).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the wife of Pharaoh (Sayyidah Asiyah, may Allah be pleased with her) used to be tortured in the heat of the sun. When those torturing her left, the angels would shade her with their wings, and she would see her house in Paradise.
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it.

(1) إسناده صحيح. إبراهيم بن عبد الله: هو ابن يزيد السعدي النيسابوري، وسليمان التيمي: هو ابن طَرْخان، وأبو عثمان: هو عبد الرحمن بن ملّ النهدي، وسلمان: هو الفارسي.
Grading: Its chain is "sahih". Ibrahim bin Abd Allah is "Ibn Yazid al-Sa'di al-Naysaburi", Sulayman al-Taymi is "Ibn Tarkhan", Abu Uthman is "Abd al-Rahman bin Mull al-Nahdi" and Salman is "al-Farisi".
وأخرجه البيهقي في "شعب الإيمان" (1520) عن أبي عبد الله الحاكم، بهذا الإسناد. وهو عنده في هذا الموضع أيضًا من طريق محمد بن حماد الأبيوردي عن يزيد بن هارون.
Reference / Source: Al-Bayhaqi recorded it in "Shu'ab al-Iman" (1520) from Abu Abd Allah al-Hakim with this same chain. There he also has it via Muhammad bin Hammad al-Abiwardi from Yazid bin Harun.
وأخرجه ابن أبي شيبة 13/ 331 عن يزيد بن هارون، به.

وأخرجه الطبري في "تفسيره" 28/ 171، والثعلبي في "تفسيره" أيضًا 9/ 352، وأبو نعيم في "حلية الأولياء" 1/ 205 - 206 من طرق عن سليمان التيمي، به.
