It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "You do not recite even a quarter of the surah that you call Surah al-Tawbah, when in fact it is the Surah of Punishment."
This hadith is sahih in its chain, and the two Shaykhs did not record it.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Note / Clarification: In the manuscripts this name was corrupted into "al-Yashkuri". The correction is from "Siyar A'lam al-Nubala'" (13/ 383) and other sources of his biography. Grading: And he is saduq (truthful); there is no harm in him.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): It is like this in our copies of "al-Mustadrak", whereas the narrator known for narrating from Abdullah bin Salimah is "Amr bin Murrah", not "Abdullah bin Murrah". However, al-A'mash does narrate from both of them, and both are thiqah (trustworthy). Perhaps what occurs here with the author is either an error in the narration or a copyists' mistake. And Allah the Exalted knows best.
Grading: Its isnad is da'if (weak); Abdullah bin Salimah al-Muradi is alone in it, and there are munkar reports among those he alone narrated. See his biography under hadith (20). Reference / Source: Ibn Abi Shaybah (10/ 509) recorded its first part from Abdullah bin Mahdi, from Sufyan bin Sa'id (al-Thawri), from al-A'mash, from Amr bin Murrah, from Abdullah bin Salimah - without the words: "And you call it …" to the end. Reference / Source: Al-Tabarani recorded it in full in "al-Awsat" (1330) by way of Ibrahim bin Tahman, from Umar bin Sa'id (al-Thawri, the brother of Sufyan), from al-A'mash, from Amr bin Murrah. Reference / Source: Its second half (about the naming of the surah) was recorded by Abu Ubayd in "Fada'il al-Qur'an" (p. 241) and Ibn Abi Shaybah (10/ 554) by way of Asim bin Bahdalah, from Zirr bin Hubaysh, from Hudhayfah. Grading: And its isnad is hasan.
