Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 2003

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) turned over in bed at night (or felt restless), he would say: 'La ilaha illallahul-Wahidul-Qahhar, Rabbus-samawati wal-ardi wa ma baynahumal-'Azizul-Ghaffar' (There is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer of all, Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Almighty, the Oft-Forgiving).
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), and they did not record it.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Technical note: Jarir bin 'Abd al-Hamid contradicted 'Aththam bin 'Ali and made it "mawquf". Abu Hatim and Abu Zur'ah rejected its being marfu'.
