It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him), through his son Muslim bin Abi Bakrah, who said: My father heard me saying, "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and anxiety, from laziness and from the punishment of the grave." He asked, "My son, from whom did you hear these words?" I said, "I heard you yourself saying them." He said: "Hold fast to them, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying these very words."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs did not record it.

(940). Grading: This chain is strong (qawi) because of 'Uthman al-Shahham and Abu Qilabah. Some narrators gave the words "kufr and faqr" (disbelief and poverty) in place of "hamm and kasal" (worry and laziness). Reference / Source: Imam al-Tirmidhi and al-Nasa'i narrated it through Muhammad bin Bashshar with the chain of Abu 'Asim al-Nabil. Grading: Al-Tirmidhi called it "hasan gharib", while al-Nasa'i's narration does not mention "hamm" (worry). Grading: A narration of 'A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) mentions worry, laziness and the punishment of the grave, and al-Tirmidhi called it "hasan sahih". Reference / Source: The narration of Zayd bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) is also in Muslim, but the word "hamm" (worry) does not appear in it. Corroborating chains and supporting reports: In the earlier narration of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) (1965) too, seeking refuge from laziness in some routes and from the punishment of the grave in others has already been mentioned. (1965). Corroborating chains and supporting reports: Supporting reports for seeking refuge from laziness, the punishment of the grave, disbelief and poverty have already been given in the narrations of Umm Salamah and Anas (may Allah be pleased with them).
