It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) taught him this supplication and ordered him to remind his family of it every morning: 'Labbayk Allahumma labbayk wa sa'dayk, wal-khayru fi yadayk, wa minka wa ilayk. (Here I am, O Allah, here I am, and ready to obey You. All good is in Your hands; everything is from You and to You is the return. O Allah, whatever statement I have made, or whatever oath I have sworn, or whatever vow I have taken, Your will comes before all of it: whatever You will happens, and whatever You do not will cannot happen. There is no ability to avoid sin and no strength to do good except through You. Indeed, You have power over all things. O Allah, whomever I have invoked blessings and mercy upon, let it be upon whom You have sent mercy, and whomever I have cursed, let it be upon whom You have cursed. You are my Protector in this world and the Hereafter; grant me death in a state of Islam and join me with the righteous. O Allah, I ask You for contentment after Your decree, a tranquil life after death, the delight of looking at Your Face, and longing to meet You, in a state in which no harmful affliction has struck and no misleading trial has come. I seek refuge in You from wronging anyone or being wronged, from transgressing or being transgressed against, or from committing an error or a sin that You will not forgive. O Allah, Originator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Possessor of Majesty and Honour! I make a covenant with You in this worldly life and I call You to witness, and You suffice as a Witness, that I bear witness that there is no god but You alone, You have no partner; Yours is the dominion and to You belongs all praise, and You have power over all things. I bear witness that Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is Your servant and Messenger. I bear witness that Your promise is true, that meeting You is true, and that the Hour is coming, there is no doubt about it, and that You will raise up those who are in the graves [Surah al-Hajj: 7]. If You leave me to my own self, You will have left me to weakness, fault, sin and error. I trust in nothing but Your mercy, so forgive me all my sins; indeed, none forgives sins except You. And accept my repentance; indeed, You are the Acceptor of repentance, the Most Merciful.)

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Grading: The chain is weak and disconnected (munqati'); Damrah bin Habib did not hear from Zayd bin Thabit. Despite Abu Bakr bin Abi Maryam being corroborated, the defect of disconnection remains.
