It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) that the most beloved servants of Allah to Allah are those who make Allah beloved to people, and those who pay attention to the sun and the moon (for the prayer times).
This narration does not make the first hadith defective (ma'lul), because Ibn Uyaynah is a trustworthy hafiz, and Ibn al-Mubarak is likewise trustworthy, but he brought other chains carrying the same meaning as the first hadith.
