Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 1585

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever forgetfully eats or drinks something in Ramadan and so breaks the fast, there is no make-up due from him, nor any expiation."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs did not record it with this particular wording.
