أخبرني أبو بكر محمد بن المؤمَّل، حدثنا الفَضْل بن محمد بن المسيَّب، حدثنا عبد الله بن محمد النُّفَيلي، حدثنا حَجَّاج بن محمد، حدثنا يونس بن أبي إسحاق، عن أبيه، عن زيد بن أرقم قال: عادَني رسول الله ﷺ من وَجَعٍ كان بعَيني (2).
هذا حديثٌ صحيحٌ على شرط الشيخين، ولم يُخرجاه. وله شاهد صحيح من حديث أنس بن مالك:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) visited me because of a pain in my eye.
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim, but neither of them recorded it in their books, and it has an authentic supporting narration (shahid) also narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him).

(2) إسناده حسن من أجل يونس بن أبي إسحاق: وهو السبيعي. حجاج بن محمد: هو المصيصي.
Grading: (2) The chain is "hasan" because of Yunus bin Abi Ishaq al-Sabi'i. Hajjaj bin Muhammad refers to al-Missisi.
وأخرجه أبو داود (3102) عن عبد الله بن محمد النفيلي، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Abu Dawud (3102) narrated it via the chain of al-Nufayli with this same chain.
وأخرجه بأطول مما هنا أحمد 32/ (19348) عن حجاج بن محمد، به. وقرن بحجاج إسماعيلَ بنَ عمر وانظر تمام تخريجه فيه.
Reference / Source: Ahmad (32/19348) narrated it in detail via the chains of Hajjaj bin Muhammad and Isma'il bin 'Umar.
