Abd al-Muhaymin bin Abbas bin Sahl al-Sa'idi narrates from his father, who narrates from his grandfather, that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "There is no prayer for one who has no ablution, there is no ablution for one who did not mention the name of Allah (say Bismillah) over it, and there is no (complete) prayer for one who did not send blessings upon the Prophet of Allah in his prayer."
This hadith is not on the condition of the two Shaykhs, because they did not record the narrations of Abd al-Muhaymin.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Technical note: (1) In the manuscripts it had become "al-Burti"; the correct form is "al-Bazzi".
Grading: (2) This chain is very weak; there is agreement on the weakness of Abd al-Muhaymin bin Abbas. Al-Dhahabi called him "wahi" (very weak), and Ibn Hajar considered al-Hakim's inclusion of his hadith in al-Mustadrak to be an error on his part. Reference / Source: Ibn Majah (400) narrated it via the chain of Duhaym (the hadith master) from Ibn Abi Fudayk, with this same chain. Reference / Source: Al-Tabarani narrated it in "al-Du'a" (382) via the chain of Ubayy bin Abbas (the brother of Abd al-Muhaymin), but this chain is not sound either, since Ubayy bin Abbas is a weak narrator.
