Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Before the Hour, a black cloud like a shield will rise upon you from the direction of the west. It will keep rising in the sky and spreading until it fills the sky. Then a caller will call out: O people, the command of Allah has come, so do not seek to hasten it." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "By the One in whose Hand is my soul, two men will have spread out their cloth and will not be able to fold it; a man will be repairing his water-trough and will never be able to draw water from it; and a man will be milking his she-camel but will never be able to drink it."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Muhammad bin Abdullah, the slave (mawla) of Sayyiduna al-Mughirah (may Allah be pleased with him), and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
