Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I used to enter the house (that is, the chamber) in which (were the graves of) the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), and I would take the sheet off my head, thinking: This is my husband and this is my father. When Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) was also buried with them, then by Allah! whenever I entered that part, I kept my sheet wrapped around me out of modesty before Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him).
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was more shy than a secluded virgin girl. When he disliked something, we would recognise it from his face. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Modesty is entirely good."
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except Muhammad bin Umar al-Muqaddami, who is thiqah (trustworthy).

Sayyiduna Qurrah bin Iyas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We were with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and modesty was mentioned in his presence. The people said: "O Messenger of Allah! Is modesty part of religion?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Rather, it is the whole of religion." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Modesty, chastity, reticence (meaning reticence of the tongue, not reticence of the heart) and action are part of faith; they will increase in the Hereafter and decrease in this world, and they do not increase in this world. Miserliness and foul speech (or shamelessness) are part of hypocrisy; they increase in this world and diminish the Hereafter, and however much they increase in this world, they diminish the Hereafter by more than that."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Abd al-Hamid bin Sawwar, who is da'if (weak).

Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. The chain of this narration contains a group of narrators whom I do not know. Some hadiths about modesty have already passed in the Book of Faith.
