عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا تَبِيعُوا ثِمَارَكُمْ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا ، وَتَنْجُوَ مِنَ الْعَاهَةِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Do not sell your fruits until their ripeness becomes apparent and they are safe from blight."
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).

Hadith Takhrij «أخرجه مسند أحمد برقم: 23886»
وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا " . قِيلَ : وَمَا صَلَاحُهَا ؟ قَالَ : " تَذْهَبُ عَاهَتُهَا ، وَيَخْلُصُ صَلَاحُهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " لَا تَبِيعُوا التَّمْرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ " .
وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الْبَزَّارِ عَطِيَّةُ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ . وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ جَابِرٌ الْجُعْفِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Do not sell fruit until its ripeness becomes apparent." It was asked: What is meant by its ripeness becoming apparent? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: That it becomes safe from blight and ripens fully.
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, except that he recorded these words: "Do not sell dates until their ripeness becomes apparent." Al-Bazzar's chain contains a narrator Atiyyah, who is da'if (weak), though he has also been declared trustworthy; and al-Tabarani's chain contains a narrator Jabir al-Ju'fi, who is also da'if (weak), though he has also been declared trustworthy.

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى تُطْعَمَ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling fruit until it becomes fit to eat.

Hadith Takhrij «اخرجه الطبراني فى المعجم الكبير (10870) اخرجه احمد فى المسند (2247) ، أخرجه مصنف عبد الرزاق برقم: 14318»
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ التَّمْرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ مِنْ طُرُقٍ ، وَرِجَالُ بَعْضِهَا ثِقَاتٌ .
In one narration the words are: "He forbade selling dates until their ripeness becomes apparent."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir through various chains, the narrators of some of which are thiqat (trustworthy).

وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not sell fruit until its ripeness becomes apparent."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
