بَابُ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ قَبْلَ بُدُوِّ صَلَاحِهَا .

Majma al-Zawaid 6490 — Selling fruit before it is clearly ripe
وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not sell fruit until its ripeness becomes apparent."
