بَابُ لُزُومِ الْجَمَاعَةِ وَطَاعَةُ الْأَئِمَّةِ وَالنَّهْيِ عَنْ قِتَالِهِمْ .

وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : " مَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَإِسْنَادُهُمَا ضَعِيفٌ .

In one narration the wording is: "Whoever dies in a state in which there is no pledge of allegiance (bay'ah) on his neck dies the death of the Age of Ignorance (jahiliyyah)."
