بَابُ لُزُومِ الْجَمَاعَةِ وَطَاعَةُ الْأَئِمَّةِ وَالنَّهْيِ عَنْ قِتَالِهِمْ .

وَعَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ مَاتَ بِغَيْرِ إِمَامٍ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً " .
Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever dies without a ruler (that is, dies in a state in which he does not follow any ruler) dies the death of the Age of Ignorance (jahiliyyah)."
