بَابُ الْخِلَافَةِ فِي قُرَيْشٍ وَالنَّاسُ تَبَعٌ لَهُمْ .

وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ مِلْحَةَ الْمُزَنِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَانَ قَاعِدًا مَعَهُمْ فَدَخَلَ بَيْتَهُ فَقَالَ : " ادْخُلُوا عَلَيَّ وَلَا يَدْخُلُ عَلَيَّ إِلَّا قُرَشِيٌّ " فَتَسَالَّلْتُ فَدَخَلْتُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " يَا مَعْشَرَ قُرَيْشٍ هَلْ مَعَكُمْ أَحَدٌ لَيْسَ مِنْكُمْ ؟ " قَالُوا : نُخْبِرُكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ بِآبَائِنَا أَنْتَ وَأُمَّهَاتِنَا مَعَنَا ابْنُ الْأُخْتِ وَالْمَوْلَى فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " حَلِيفُ الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ ، وَابْنُ أُخْتِ الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ ، يَا مَعْشَرَ قُرَيْشٍ إِنَّكُمُ الْوُلَاةُ بَعْدِي لِهَذَا الْأَمْرِ فَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ، ( وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا ) ( وَلَا تَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ تَفَرَّقُوا وَاخْتَلَفُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ ( وَمَا أُمِرُوا إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ حُنَفَاءَ وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَذَلِكَ دِينُ الْقَيِّمَةِ ) يَا مَعْشَرَ قُرَيْشٍ احْفَظُونِي فِي أَصْحَابِي وَأَبْنَائِهِمْ وَأَبْنَاءِ أَبْنَائِهِمْ رَحِمَ اللَّهُ الْأَنْصَارَ وَأَبْنَاءَ الْأَنْصَارِ وَأَبْنَاءَ أَبْنَاءِ الْأَنْصَارِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْمُزَنِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَقَدْ حَسَّنَ لَهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْمُزَنِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَقَدْ حَسَّنَ لَهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Amr bin Awf bin Yazid bin Milhah al-Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was sitting with them. He went into the house and said: "Come in to me, but let only Qurashis come in." The narrator said: I got up from there and went in. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O people of Quraysh! Is there anyone with you who is not from among you?" The people said: "O Messenger of Allah! May our fathers and mothers be ransomed for you, we will tell you: with us is a nephew of ours (a sister's son) and a freed slave." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The ally of a people is one of them, and the sister's son of a people is one of them. O people of Quraysh! You will be the custodians of this matter after me, so do not die except as Muslims. Hold fast to the rope of Allah and do not divide into sects, and do not be like those who divided into sects and differed after clear proofs had come to them. And they were commanded only to worship Allah Almighty, making religion sincerely His and being upright, and to establish the prayer and pay the zakah; that is the upright religion. O people of Quraysh! Take care of me with regard to my Companions, their sons and their sons' sons. May Allah Almighty have mercy on the Ansar, the sons of the Ansar and the sons of the sons of the Ansar."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Kathir bin Abdullah bin Amr al-Muzani, who is da'if (weak), though al-Tirmidhi graded his hadith hasan (good). The rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
