بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَسْتَحِلُّ الْحَرَامَ ، أَوْ يُحَرِّمُ الْحَلَالَ ، أَوْ يَتْرُكُ السُّنَّةَ .

وَعَنْ صُهَيْبٍ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " مَا آمَنَ بِالْقُرْآنِ مَنِ اسْتَحَلَّ مَحَارِمَهُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ سِنَانٍ الرُّهَاوِيُّ ، ضَعَّفَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ فِي الثِّقَاتِ ، وَأَبُوهُ يَزِيدُ ضَعَّفَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَقَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ : مُقَارَبُ الْحَدِيثِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ سِنَانٍ الرُّهَاوِيُّ ، ضَعَّفَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ فِي الثِّقَاتِ ، وَأَبُوهُ يَزِيدُ ضَعَّفَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَقَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ : مُقَارَبُ الْحَدِيثِ .
Sayyiduna Suhayb (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The one who makes lawful what the Qur'an has made unlawful does not believe in the Qur'an."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Yazid bin Sinan al-Ruhawi, whom Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and others declared da'if (weak), while Ibn Hibban mentioned him in Kitab al-Thiqat. His father Yazid was declared da'if (weak) by Imam Abu Dawud and others, and Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) said: He is "muqarib al-hadith" (fairly acceptable in hadith).
