بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَسْتَحِلُّ الْحَرَامَ ، أَوْ يُحَرِّمُ الْحَلَالَ ، أَوْ يَتْرُكُ السُّنَّةَ .

وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : إِنَّ مُحَرِّمَ الْحَلَالِ كَمُسْتَحِلِّ الْحَرَامِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَلَهُ طَرِيقٌ يَأْتِي فِي كِتَابِ الصَّيْدِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Indeed, the one who makes a lawful thing unlawful is like the one who makes an unlawful thing lawful.
