وَعَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَرِهَ لَكُمْ قِيلَ وَقَالَ ، وَكَثْرَةَ السُّؤَالِ ، وَمَنَعَ وَهَاتِ ، وَوَأْدَ الْبَنَاتِ ، وَعُقُوقَ الْأُمَّهَاتِ " .
قُلْتُ : حَدِيثُ الْمُغِيرَةِ فِي الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ كَثِيرٍ صَاحِبُ الْبَصْرِيِّ ، لَا يَحِلُّ الِاحْتِجَاجُ بِمَا انْفَرَدَ بِهِ .
قُلْتُ : حَدِيثُ الْمُغِيرَةِ فِي الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ كَثِيرٍ صَاحِبُ الْبَصْرِيِّ ، لَا يَحِلُّ الِاحْتِجَاجُ بِمَا انْفَرَدَ بِهِ .
Sayyiduna Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated, on the authority of Sayyiduna al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him), this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Indeed, Allah Almighty has made qil wa qal, asking questions excessively, withholding and demanding, burying daughters alive, and disobeying mothers (all these matters) disliked for you." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: The hadith narrated from Sayyiduna al-Mughirah (may Allah be pleased with him) is mentioned in the Sahih.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Yahya bin Kathir, the companion of al-Basri; it is not permissible to use as evidence any narration in which he is alone.
