Majma al-Zawaid 594 — Hearing hadith and conveying it

Sayyiduna Wabisah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say, during his sermon on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage: "The one who is present should convey to the one who is absent."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Talhah bin Zayd, who has been accused of fabricating hadith. Al-Bazzar recorded it as a longer narration with a better chain than this, and that narration is coming ahead.
