وَعَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ بِالْخَيْفِ ، - خَيْفِ مِنًى - : " نَضَّرَ اللَّهُ عَبْدًا سَمِعَ مَقَالَتِي فَحَفِظَهَاوَوَعَاهَا وَبَلَّغَهَا مَنْ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهَا ، فَرُبَّ حَامِلِ فِقْهٍ لَا فِقْهَ لَهُ ، وَرُبَّ حَامِلِ فِقْهٍ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَفْقَهُ مِنْهُ . ثَلَاثٌ لَا يُغِلُّ عَلَيْهِنَّ قَلْبُ مُؤْمِنٍ : إِخْلَاصُ الْعَمَلِ لِلَّهِ ، وَالنَّصِيحَةُ لِأَئِمَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ، وَلُزُومُ جَمَاعَتِهِمْ ; فَإِنَّ دَعْوَتَهُمْ تُحِيطُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِمْ " .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ بِاخْتِصَارٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَأَحْمَدُ ، وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، وَهُوَ مُدَلِّسٌ ، وَلَهُ طَرِيقٌ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، وَرِجَالُهَا مُوَثَّقُونَ .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ بِاخْتِصَارٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَأَحْمَدُ ، وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، وَهُوَ مُدَلِّسٌ ، وَلَهُ طَرِيقٌ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، وَرِجَالُهَا مُوَثَّقُونَ .
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say; he (peace and blessings be upon him) said this at al-Khayf, that is, the Khayf of Mina: "May Allah Almighty keep radiant the person who hears my words, memorises and retains them, and then conveys them to someone who has not heard them. Sometimes a person who learns something is not a scholar, and sometimes a person who learns something conveys it to someone who is more learned than himself. There are three things about which the heart of a believer does not harbour rancour: making one's deeds sincerely for Allah Almighty, sincere goodwill towards the Muslim rulers, and keeping to the community of the Muslims, for their supplication encompasses those who are absent." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Imam Ibn Majah recorded it in abridged form.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and Imam Ahmad also recorded it. Its chain mentions that Ibn Ishaq narrated it from al-Zuhri, and he is a mudallis (one who conceals defects in the chain). By another chain it is reported via Salih bin Kaysan from al-Zuhri, and the narrators of that report have been declared trustworthy.
