Hadith 641

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) held a horse race; the distance for the horses prepared (for jihad) was from Hafya to Thaniyyatul Wada’, and for the new horses, the race was from Thaniyyatul Wada’ to the mosque of Banu Zuraiq.
