Hadith 602

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no compensation for harm caused by an animal, and the same ruling applies to a well and a mine."
