Hadith 603

أَنْبَأَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " جَرْحُ الْعَجْمَاءِ جُبَارٌ ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no compensation for injury caused by an animal; if a well or a mine causes harm to a person, then there is no recompense."
