أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ حَلِيمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَلِيمٍ الصَّائِغُ، أنبأ أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ، أنبأ عَبْدَانُ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ، أنبأ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَنَّ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنَ خَالِدٍ، سَأَلَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنِ الْعُمْرَةِ، قَبْلَ الْحَجِّ، فَقَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ أَنْ يَعْتَمِرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَحُجَّ، قَالَ عِكْرِمَةُ: قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ اعْتَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَحُجَّ رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ.
Ikrimah bin Khalid asked Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) about performing Umrah before Hajj, and he said: There is no harm for anyone if he performs Umrah before Hajj. Ikrimah said: Ibn Umar said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed Umrah before he performed Hajj.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْفَرَّاءُ، أنبأ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أنبأ هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: خَرَجْنَا مُوَافِينَ لِهِلَالِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " " مَنْ أَحَبَّ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَلْيُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَإِنِّي لَوْلَا أَنِّي أَهْدَيْتُ لَأَهْلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ " "، وَكَانَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجٍّ فَكُنْتُ أَنَا مِمَّنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَقَدِمْتُ مَكَّةَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ فَأَدْرَكَنِي يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: " " دَعِي عُمْرَتَكِ وَانْقُضِي شَعْرَكِ وَامْتَشِطِي وَأَهِلِّي بِحَجٍّ " " حَتَّى إِذَا صَدَرَتْ وَقَضَى اللهُ حَجَّهَا أَرْسَلَ مَعَهَا عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ لَيْلَةَ الْحَصْبَةِ فَأَرْدَفَهَا وَأَهَلَّتْ مِنَ التَّنْعِيمِ بِعُمْرَةٍ مَكَانَ عُمْرَتِهَا، فَقَضَى الله عُمْرَتَهَا وَلَمْ يَكُنْ فِي ذَلِكَ هَدْيٌ وَلَا صِيَامٌ وَلَا صَدَقَةٌ. قَوْلُهُ فَقَضَى الله عُمْرَتَهَا مِنْ قَوْلِ عُرْوَةَ وَإِنَّمَا لَمْ يَكُنْ فِي ذَلِكَ هَدْيٌ؛ لِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ قَدْ أَهْدَى عَنْهَا وَعَمَّنِ اعْتَمَرَ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِهِ بَقَرَةً بَيْنَهُنَّ كَمَا مَضَى ذِكْرُهُ، وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ أَخْرَجَاهُ فِي الصَّحِيحَيْنِ مِنْ أَوْجُهٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ وَأَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ⦗٥٧٩⦘ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أنبأ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: خَرَجْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُوَافِينَ لِهِلَالِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ، فَقَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِحَجٍّ فَلْيُهِلَّ بِحَجٍّ وَمَنْ أَحَبَّ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَلْيُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ مَعْنَى الْأَوَّلِ وَأَضَافَ كَلَامَ عُرْوَةَ إِلَيْهِ.
(a) Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: We set out close to the new moon of Dhul-Hijjah, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever of you wishes to make the talbiyah for Umrah, let him do so. Had I not brought a sacrificial animal with me, I too would have made the talbiyah for Umrah." Among the people were some who made the talbiyah for Umrah and some for Hajj, and I was among those who made the talbiyah for Umrah. I reached Makkah while menstruating, and the Day of Arafah came, so I told the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about it. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Leave your Umrah, undo your hair, comb it and make the talbiyah for Hajj." Then, when she returned and had completed her Hajj, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with them both) with her on the night of al-Hasbah. He seated her behind him on his mount, and she then made the talbiyah for Umrah from al-Tan'im in place of her first Umrah, and in all this there was no sacrifice, fasting or charity.
(b) It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that we set out with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when the new moon of Dhul-Hijjah was about to appear, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever of you would like to make the talbiyah for Hajj, let him make the talbiyah for Hajj, and whoever of you would like to make the talbiyah for Umrah, let him make the talbiyah for Umrah."
(b) It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that we set out with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when the new moon of Dhul-Hijjah was about to appear, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever of you would like to make the talbiyah for Hajj, let him make the talbiyah for Hajj, and whoever of you would like to make the talbiyah for Umrah, let him make the talbiyah for Umrah."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ، قَالَ: حَجَجْتُ مَعَ مَوْلَايَ فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا فَقُلْتُ: أَعْتَمِرُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَحُجَّ، فَقَالَتْ: إِنْ شِئْتَ فَاعْتَمِرْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحُجَّ وَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَبَعْدَ أَنْ تَحُجَّ، فَقُلْتُ: إِنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ مَنْ كَانَ صَرُورَةً فَلَا يَصِحُّ أَنْ يَعْتَمِرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَحُجَّ، فَسَأَلْتُ أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَقُلْنَ مِثْلَ مَا قَالَتْ، فَرَجَعْتُ إِلَيْهَا فَأَخْبَرْتُهَا فَقَالَتْ: نَعَمْ وَأَشْفَيْكَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " أَهِلُّوا يَا آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ بِعُمْرَةٍ فِي حَجٍّ ".
It is narrated from Abu Imran that he said: I performed Hajj with my masters, and I went to Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) and said: Shall I perform Umrah before Hajj? She said: If you wish, do so, and if you wish, perform Umrah after Hajj. I said: But the people say that for one who has not yet performed Hajj, it is not permissible to perform Umrah before Hajj. Then I asked the Mothers of the Believers (may Allah be pleased with them), and they said the same as she had said. I came back to her and informed her, and she said: Yes, and I will settle your doubt: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "O family of Muhammad, make the talbiyah for Umrah along with Hajj."
