Bayhaqi 8873 — The dislike of those who disliked qiran and tamattu'

وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَا: ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " ثُمَّ يَرُوحُوا بِالْحَجِّ تَقْطُرُ رُءُوسُهُمْ "، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ قَوْلَهُ: وَأَصْحَابُهُ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى، وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَشَّارٍ.
The same is narrated through another chain, except that in it he said: "Then they would set off for Hajj with their heads dripping," and he did not mention the words "and his Companions".
