وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ، أنبأ زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، قَالَ: صَلَّى ⦗٧٤⦘ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَلَى يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْمُكَفَّفِ النَّخَعِيِّ، فَجَاءَ قَرَظَةُ بْنُ كَعْبٍ وَأَصْحَابُهُ بَعْدَ الدَّفْنِ فَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يُصَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ.
Alqamah bin Marthad (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) prayed the funeral prayer over Yazid bin al-Mukaffaf al-Nakha'i. Then Sayyiduna Qarazah bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) and his companions came to him after the burial, and he ordered them to pray the funeral prayer over him.
