أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أنبأ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ، أنبأ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ، ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ شَبِيبِ بْنِ غَرْقَدَةَ، عَنِ الْمُسْتَظِلِّ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: " صَلَّى عَلَى جِنَازَةٍ بَعْدَ مَا صُلِّيَ عَلَيْهَا ".
Shabib bin Gharqadah narrates from al-Mustazill that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) prayed the funeral prayer over a deceased person after the funeral prayer had already been offered over him.
