باب: صلاة المأموم في المسجد أو على ظهره أو في رحبته بصلاة الإمام في المسجد وإن كان بينهما مقصورة أو أساطين أو غيرها شبيها بها
Chapter: The follower praying in the mosque, on its roof or in its courtyard following the imam in the mosque, even if a compartment, pillars or the like are between them

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو صَالِحِ بْنُ أَبِي طَاهِرٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، أنبأ جَدِّي أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْقَاضِي، ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، أنبأ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ مَوْلَى التَّوْأَمَةِ قَالَ: " كُنْتُ أُصَلِّي أَنَا وَأَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ فَوْقَ ظَهْرِ الْمَسْجِدِ نُصَلِّي بِصَلَاةِ الْإِمَامِ لِلْمَكْتُوبَةِ ".
Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrates from the freed slave of al-Taw'amah that he said: Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) and I used to pray the obligatory prayer on the roof of the mosque, along with the imam.
