باب: صلاة المأموم في المسجد أو على ظهره أو في رحبته بصلاة الإمام في المسجد وإن كان بينهما مقصورة أو أساطين أو غيرها شبيها بها
Chapter: The follower praying in the mosque, on its roof or in its courtyard following the imam in the mosque, even if a compartment, pillars or the like are between them

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ بِالْكُوفَةِ، ثنا عَبَّادُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْأَسَدِيُّ، أنبأ ابْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى يَعْنِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: " لَا بَأْسَ بِالصَّلَاةِ فِي رَحَبَةِ الْمَسْجِدِ وَالْبَلَاطِ بِصَلَاةِ الْإِمَامِ ".
Dawud bin al-Husayn narrates from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that there is no harm in praying along with the imam in the courtyard of the mosque and on its paved ground.
