باب: صلاة المأموم في المسجد أو على ظهره أو في رحبته بصلاة الإمام في المسجد وإن كان بينهما مقصورة أو أساطين أو غيرها شبيها بها
Chapter: The follower praying in the mosque, on its roof or in its courtyard following the imam in the mosque, even if a compartment, pillars or the like are between them

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ قَالَ: قِيلَ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَتُصَلِّي خَلْفَ هَؤُلَاءِ فِي الْمَقْصُورَةِ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ، إِنَّهُمْ يَخْشَوْنَ أَنْ نَبْعَجَهُمْ ".
Amir bin Dhu'ayb says: It was said to Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him): Do you pray behind these (rulers) in the enclosure (maqsurah)? He said: "Yes; they fear that we would rip their bellies open."
