Bayhaqi 21033 — There is no harm in listening to camel-driving songs

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) says that Anjashah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to drive the women's mounts and al-Bara' bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) used to drive the men's mounts. Anjashah (may Allah be pleased with him) had a very beautiful voice; when he chanted, the camels would run fast. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Anjashah, woe to you! Drive the women's mounts gently."
