قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: " لَا أَكُونُ أَنَا أَوَّلَ الْأَرْبَعَةِ ".
Ja'far narrated from his father that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I will not be the first of the four."
