أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ح، قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَا: ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ثنا ابْنُ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنِّي أُحَرِّجُ عَلَيْكُمْ حَقَّ الضَّعِيفَيْنِ: الْيَتِيمِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ ".
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I solemnly warn you against (violating) the right of the two weak ones: the orphan and the woman."
(b) Abdullah bin Abd al-Aziz al-Umari (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates a mursal report from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that when Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) was appointed governor of Yemen, he said: "Put the lowly before the noble, and the weak before the strong."
(b) Abdullah bin Abd al-Aziz al-Umari (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates a mursal report from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that when Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) was appointed governor of Yemen, he said: "Put the lowly before the noble, and the weak before the strong."
