رَوَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَّامٍ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِيكَرِبَ، أَنَّهُ جَلَسَ مَعَ عُبَادَةَ وَأَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ وَالْحَارِثِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْكِنْدِيِّ، فَتَذَاكَرُوا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْأَخْمَاسِ، فَقَالَ عُبَادَةُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى بِهِمْ فِي غَزْوَةٍ إِلَى بَعِيرٍ. فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ، وَقَالَ فِيهِ: وَأَقِيمُوا حُدُودَ اللهِ فِي السَّفَرِ وَالْحَضَرِ. أَخْبَرْنَاهُ أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ، أَنْبَأَ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْمُسْتَفَاضِ، ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَابِدٍ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، فَذَكَرَهُ.
Sayyiduna al-Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that he was sitting with Sayyiduna Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him), Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna al-Harith bin Mu'awiyah al-Kindi (may Allah be pleased with him), and they were discussing hadith. Sayyiduna Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led the prayer facing a camel, and then he mentioned (the hadith) similarly. In this hadith it says: "Establish the prescribed punishments in travel and at home."
